All products listed on our Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Prices are displayed in the currency of your selected region and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate pricing; however, in the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price and will notify you promptly.

As our products are handcrafted by artisans in Nepal, slight variations in color, texture, size, and design are inherent to the craft and are not considered defects.

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected product(s). We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including due to product unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email. Payment is processed at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor. All transactions are encrypted.

Applicable taxes and customs duties may vary by destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are provided at checkout. These are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or events beyond our control.

International shipments may be subject to customs inspection, duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are entirely the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping fees.

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Customized or personalized products
• Perishable goods (herbs, spices, teas)
• Items marked as final sale

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

All content on this Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and design — is the property of Purnima Collection or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from this Site without our express written permission. Limited personal, non-commercial use is permitted provided you do not remove any proprietary notices.

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content to our Site, you grant Purnima Collection a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in any media.

You represent that you own or have the rights to any content you submit, and that such content does not violate the rights of any third party.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Purnima Collection and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.

For customers located in the European Union or other jurisdictions with mandatory consumer protection laws, your statutory rights under those laws are not affected by these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
